Ideal for serving in a baking dish or elegant individual cups, it’s an irresistible treat for Biscoff lovers and tiramisu fans alike.

Ingredients

Scale

Cream Mixture

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter (use ½ cup for prominent Biscoff flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Assembly

  • 1 cup strong coffee
  • 3250 Biscoff cookies (3032 for dessert cups; 4850 for baking dish)
  • 12 tablespoons cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Prepare Biscoff Cream: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chilled heavy whipping cream and sugar. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip until soft peaks form. Then, add the mascarpone cheese, Biscoff cookie butter, and vanilla extract to the whipped cream. Continue whipping until the mixture is smooth, fluffy, and lump-free. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  2. Assemble Biscoff Tiramisu in Baking Dish: Dip each Biscoff cookie into the strong coffee for 2-3 seconds, flipping to coat both sides. Arrange a single layer of coffee-dipped cookies in the bottom of a 9″ x 6″ x 3″ baking dish. Repeat to create two layers. Spread half of the prepared Biscoff cream over the cookies evenly. Dip additional cookies and layer again, then spread the remaining cream on top. Dust the surface with cocoa powder, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to let flavors meld. Before serving, garnish with a few Biscoff cookies placed at an angle.
  3. Assemble Individual Biscoff Tiramisu Cups: For serving in cups, dip Biscoff cookies in coffee as before, layering them at the bottom of 7-ounce dessert cups or glasses. Repeat to create two layers of cookies. Transfer the cream mixture into a piping bag or a gallon-sized ziplock bag with a ½-inch corner cut and pipe the cream in a circular motion starting from the edge moving inward. Top with cocoa powder and chill until ready. Insert a Biscoff cookie at an angle on top just before serving.

Notes

  • Ensure the heavy whipping cream is well chilled for best whipping results.
  • Adjust the amount of Biscoff cookie butter to taste; more for a stronger Biscoff flavor.
  • Use freshly brewed strong coffee for dipping to enhance the coffee flavor.
  • Chilling time is crucial to allow the flavors to develop and the cream to set properly.
  • You can customize serving size by using dessert cups or a standard baking dish.
